I used a 1.4 teleconverter with the 500mm lens to give 700mm for these, but that makes f/8 the maximum aperture.
1. A Laughing Kookaburra just as the sun came up. It was quite dark - 1/250 f/8 ISO 12,800

2. Golden-headed Cisticola

3. Chestnut-breasted Mannikin. It was a long way away so left the crop very loose
3. Black-faced Cuckoo-shrike
