  • A bit of a mixed batch

I went for a wander around Sandy Camp Road wetlands this morning and got a few images. The Friarbirds and honeyeaters were feeding on Melaleuca flowers for quite a while but it was surprisingly difficult to get a clear shot.

    4. Varied Triller. It wouldn't quite show itself for a clean shot. I don't see these often

    5. Scarlet Honeyeaters. These were pointed out to me by another photographer and were so far away I normally wouldn't have bothered with them. Surprisingly sharp considering how small they are in the frame.Click image for larger version

Another great collection of birds I don't see Alan. To me something's not right with the back of the head for #4 (the triller)?

I just fired myself from cleaning my house.
I don't like my attitude and I caught myself drinking on the job.

Thanks Isac. Interesting as nothing was changed there but there are some odd-shaped leaves in front of the back of the head. I did remove a thin leaf crossing the bill.

I didn't bother trying to fix it as the photo isn't particularly good and I didn't think it would be successful. After your comment I tried Generative Fill on the leaves and the result is in the post below.

I used Photoshop Generative Fill to remove the clump of leaves above the head.

All fixed! No skills required. I think the AI world is going to hurt many creative artists and on the other hand I guess a lot will embrace AI to do their creating for them. It won't be long before we won't even have to think for ourselves I guess. On some sites the first question is "Did you use AI for that?" I'm actually not a fan but I think I'm in the minority. Soon we won't need cameras, the AI will just create what ever we need. Sorry for the rant Alan.

Some skill actually required, but not much - the area you select makes a big difference.

Thinking will always be required but less effort, therefore fewer graphic design people required for the same output. So likely a big impact on the field.

Similar to what we have experienced in printing, accounting, banking, typing etc. The difference here is that it impinges more into the creative area.

I think creative and artistic flair will still matter to some degree.

It's all in the name of progress Alan. I usually embrace progress but I think the AI side of things is more about profits and being the first and the best in the field.

Thanks Mark, it would have been good if the honeyeaters were closer.
