  • Egrets

    Very few other birds around so decided to try out the 1.4 TC on the 500 PF f/5.6 so 700mm f/8. All shots at f/9.

    Focus seems reasonably quick and a minor reduction in sharpness.

    Nice. I have never seen a Plumed Egret, nor Cattle Egret in breeding plumage.

      Thanks Mark. Easy to photograph as they nest in groups and there are birds constantly coming and going.

    Stunning shots. Really like #3.
    Fujifilm X-T5, XF16-80 f/4, XF70-300 f/4-5.6, XF23 f/2, XF35 f/2, XF150-600 f/5.6-8, and a random assortment of 35mm film cameras.
