Some larger birds

You know the birds are scarce when I'm taking photos of Crested Pigeons, Dusky Moorhens and egrets.

1. Dusky Moorhen. I thought the pose, environment and lighting on this one justified another photo of a very common bird.

4. Plumed Egret. As if I needed another photo of an egret in flight.

Common birds we take for granted Alan but still great to capture them. All good photos mate. #1, lovely image which follows all the "technical rules".

I love the moorhens and swamphens, they come up with some great poses and their colours change in varying light.
