  • Brown Cuckoo-dove portrait

I cut off part of its tail in this shot so decided to try a portrait crop to show off the colour in the eye. The top of its head isn't quite in focus. Its possible that one of those I've culled might be better so I'll have to see if I can find it.

Not stuffed in your shed is he Alan? You certainly got close enough to not want more detail.

Definitely not stuffed or in my shed Hans. While I was reasonably close this has been cropped in significantly, but I'm happy with the detail.

Great detail captured in this one Alan. Lovely colours around the eye.

My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.
