  • Small Birds and Big Birds at Prime Hook

Pretty decent, albeit somewhat chilly and windy, morning out at Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge. Managed a few Sparrows, a Chickadee, and a Bald Eagle that morning. Wasn't able to get any decent shots of the Osprey that were out fishing in the tidal marshes.

Lovely photos of those tiny birds. They love to be in the reeds for catching their little bugs. That baldy is a super shot on the wing. A lot don't agree with me but I love to give the underside of the wings a bit of a shadows lift to see those fabulous feather patterns.

Another good set David. The Chickadees in the reeds work well and a great shot of the Bald Eagle.
