    I like the pose in 3 something has his attention. Lovely detail in #2.
    Better a full bottle in front of me

      Excellent shots. The combination of a cleaner background and the pose makes #3 my pick.
      Fujifilm X-T5, XF16-80 f/4, XF70-300 f/4-5.6, XF23 f/2, XF35 f/2, XF150-600 f/5.6-8, and a random assortment of 35mm film cameras.

        Good shots Isac but #3 is the pick - interesting pose, nice natural perch and clean background, and it is a Grey Butcherbird.

          Thanks David. They're fairly small but rather charming to watch as they dart about looking for bugs. Here's one on the ground after swollowing a bug.

          Thanks Alan. They're a great looking bird. #2 is a juvenile (after doing a bit of research) with its brown colouring.
