Better a full bottle in front of me
    than a full frontal lobotomy.

Nice set Hans. My favourite is #4 - a very peaceful scene. The parrots shots look rather high contrast where I would expect softer light on a drizzly day, but perhaps the light was just a bit low. They are Crimson Rosellas by the way.

Thanks Alan I have probably seen them before but have no memory. Yes for #4 it is my favorite as well. You can see the rain in it.

Lovely birds Hans. #1 is a typical pose for these types of parrots. Crimsons as Alan said. Not seen them here so they are probably a native of the Eastern part of Australia.
My pic here is the wide shot with the pelican. It gets my "Isac Wall Hanger" award. It wouldf look fabulous in the foyer of a country hotel behind the reception desk or above a big fireplace. You could also enhance the look of the rain to make it va bit more visible. One of my Photoshop actions comes to mind.

My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.

It could be sufficiently different to be a bit unusual. I liked it when I saw it.Taken at 500mm

You could still play with my rain action for a very subtle enhancement of the rain. It's here: https://www.isacimages.com/Photoshop-Actions.html
It comes in the "Fun Stuff" actions.

Excellent shots. Love the mood and atmosphere in #4.
