Thanks , waited for nearly an hour to capture the duck, very uncooperative.

    What is OCC?

I love that Zebra duck Kevin, it's a gem of a shot. Only found here in Australia, we are so lucky with our unique wildlife. We have a few in our local lake - fascinating to watch.
The pelican is well captured but has a slight halo (could be from post)
When processing birds in flight, try to give them good positive and negative space. That is: show more space where they are moving into and less behind them. Because of your POV, the pelican is flying upwards so I'd position the bird into the lower 1/3rd position.

Nice shots Kevin. I didn’t notice the halo until Isac mentioned it.

I haven’t been to Oxley Creek common in years, and I’ve never even seen a pink-eared duck, so perhaps I should try another visit.
