  • Tygum Park birds

I enjoyed meeting up with Phil (Ozzie_Traveller) at Tygum Park for a bird walk and cuppa this afternoon. Thanks for the hospitality Phil.

We saw a few birds and I managed to get a few shots.

    3. Little Corella. Phil - I hope you did better with the flight shots than I did. The head on this one is a bit soft.

Lovely colourful detailed shots. Particularly like the last two of the Corellas. As for the soft one. as an old farmer friend once told me a blind man would be glad to see it

Thanks Phil. I don’t quite believe that about your images and look forward to seeing some. My shots of the corellas in flight were very ordinary.

The heavy gear does give me a bit of an advantage

Excellent shots. Looks like it was a fun outing for you guys.

Being such a small forum in such a huge country, it's great that you two could meet up. Wonderful to be out with like-minded folk. Fabulous shots Alan and I'd be pleased to get an OOF shot as good as your corella in flight shot.

Thanks Isac. As I said in another response - the small size covers a multitude of sins
