  • Birds; Big and Small

First outing with the X-T5 and 70-300mm lens where I actually tried for some bird photography. The bird detection and tracking autofocus worked like a charm.

A good series with eye contact in every shot.

Good sharp images David. Lovely colours. The smaller birds are USA/Canada so not seen here. The Osprey is seen worldwide so I've seen a few here. Luck to have a couple of shots. I did a quick shadows lift on the Osprey and the detail you captured in the darker parts of the wings is remarkable. Bit of a crop helped as well

Excellent detail and colour in these Mark. The Osprey is my favourite here.

Excellent series. The eye tracking feature seem to work really well. The Osprey is a great shot and you have caught a great pose on the mockingbird, my only nitpick is that to my eyes the sparrows beak blends into the foliage which makes it almost looks blurred.
