  • Noisy Birds...

These Corellas have suddenly appeared in our area and are extremely noisy. I haven't seen them since moving here almost 20 years ago. I don't mind waking up to their squawks, I think they are very entertaining.

#1 - 31 of them on the line. I was told later that they gathered together to warn off an Australian Hobby who was perched nearby.

#2 - Having a chat about this and that - probably planning the day ahead. Perhaps these are Italian birds - they flap their wings about to assist in telling the tale.

Good work Isac. Nicely exposed with excellent detail on the closer shots. With their antics they make wonderful subjects.

Thank you A&B. It's fun to have a play in Photoshop, something which I enjoy a lot.

They really are a fun bird to watch Alan. I got some more of them on Tuesday which I've yet to sort out. They were at Lake 2 and having an absolutely wonderful time.

Thanks David. They are great but they do make a lot of noise.
