  • Magpie acrobatics

    I saw this magpie moving around in the outer foliage of a tree, hanging sidways and upside down. The background is a bit cluttered but it moved before I could get a better angle. I have no idea what it was doing.

    Yeah, they are great captures Alan. Good action and exposure is good too. A bit further back to avoid the wing chop in #1 would have been better though.

      Thanks Isac. Yep, I wasn’t concerned with the wing chop as I was more interested in the behaviour. I don’t see either image as being good for much else.

    I dont know what it was doing either. nice action captured. eye visible in the 2nd pic makes it my favourite. good work
