  • sulphur crested cockatoo flyby

    another from the walk back from the willy.
    this one was on the ground too and took off flying more or less at me, but peeled off when it saw me, standing there right out in the open. luckily it banked this way so that it got the light.
    cos it was coming right out in the open too, it was an easy thing to get right on it and focus. shot around midday but storm clouds acted like big softbox

      Beautiful colours there Stephen. Exposure looks very good and the POV really shows the whole bird fully in flight. Nice and sharp. I can't offer any CC because with shots like this I'm a bit out of your league. I do however love to see your work and I'm sure others do as well. Your work is very inspirational

        thanks mate. what we lost on ducks and stuff moving here, we picked up on other stuff. you can get quite a bit of practice here too
