They are remarkable looking creatures and have that real cute appeal. #2 with some PP is my pick. The light was not helpful, but you got the shots - that's the important bit.
Difficult angle of the light and cluttered surroundings so well done getting these. Lifting shadows would probably help #1 and #2. I agree with Isac that #2 is the pick. Is this a separate shot at a crop of #1
I liked the cropped version in #2. When the light is a bit harsh I like to subdue the glare parts a bit and give it some contrast with its background. I hope you don't mind the edit.
That's better I did wonder what you have in mind and thought that maybe my notepad needed adjustment. I just got home and put it on the computer screen and the adjustments lifted the image considerably. Thanks Isac. Doesn't that baby bird have a cheecky look about it.

good work on seeing these. light not your friend though, but getting a baby is worth it
the rework by ISAC is good too, perhaps a tad overdone, but wouldnt be my much. again getting baby eyes is worth it though
