Without a lie I had shot which look as close to the exact same as these. But mine was slightly blurry so I got rid of them, though I have got more than my fair share of shots of them as it is.
And these Coot's and Dusky Moorhens have some bloody ugly little ones.
Nice ones again.
Always good subjects when they are feeding their babies Isac. I prefer #1 here with the smooth water and side-on angle. I haven't seen any of these babies this spring so far.

Thanks Alan. I'm sure they will show up soon - tis the season. We have lots of little ones here all of a sudden so it's a pleasure just to watch them go about their business. 4 varieties so far: Wood Ducks, Coots, Pacifics and Hardheads. No cygnets as yet but I'm hoping.
