only thing about that close is gonna be DOF. use smaller aperture if possible or wait for less of a head turn on this guy. no shot techs available to comment further.

I would have looked for a better angle so that the eye isn't be distracted to the one behind to main subject.
It does nothing to help what could be a good shot.
