I'd also lower down the tripod some more so the background isn't the water but the other side of the pond

Good colour and detail on the ducks and we’ll positioned in the frame. A lower viewpoint would be good, but more important I think, would be to avoid the foreground flower and move so the background ducks are separated from the subject.

nice capture, but agree with the comments re foreground and background objects, also appears to have a magenta cast to my eyes
