      Cheers Phil. I don't have to change lenses anymore - that's for sure, and I'm happy with the IQ. The pommie guy has a Canon 5D MkIV so I don't know how the Tammy performs on a full frame camera - My 7Dii is an APS-C format sensor at 22.2 x 14.8mm and full frame is 36 x 24mm.

    I like shots of Magpies as they can make really nice shot as shown but I have seen some bad ones at the same time.
    But I have found that once they get use to you, then you can actually get real close to them.
    Though this makes it harder to get a shot as they are then too close.

      Some of the magies in my area are very friendly so it's good to get them close up. Having the 18mm is good for when you can get close.
