  • The singer and the song

    G'day all

Along the street today I came across this one-legged singer quite relaxed about warbling to all and sundry

First s/he gave me a second look before deciding that I was a spectator

    exif- panny FZ-2500; 1/125s x F4,5; ISO-500; lens at 14x zoom / 360mm FFequiv

    Just checking...

then s/he continued the song - finally lifting to great heights and allowing the song to reach the sky

    As always, feedback welcome
    Phil

I'd say that he's a he judging by the white back. She's are usually a dapple grey in colour.
I love the song of the magpie, it is in contrast to the shrieking of the cockies and galahs we also have in the neighbourhood.
