Adult and juvenile grebes were very entertaining at the small lake.

#1 - Up after a duck dive, which creates lovely ripples.

#2 - Confident looking juvenile.

#3 - Close to mum.

You are very lucky to get so close to your birds - and "that damn cokacola bottle" on the front of your canon is still delivering the results

Thanks Phil. I can get close because the lake is so small. It's still about 20 metres to the middle and that's where the Grebes like to be when people are about.
