  • A Couple Of Canadian Birds

Hi guys 'n' gals. John sorta just reminded me that I'm still part of this forum so I thought I better drop in and say hi. It's just coming up Spring here, and the birdies are making their presence known.

G'day Roger - me ol' mate

Always good to see your pics - even if you choose small birds in large back yards !
While we see robins of various sorts here, the cardinal is a newbie ... as is the snowflakes dropping into the back yard

Welcome back Roger. The change of seasons is always a good time for photographers, new/different birds and animals appearing and the changes in the environment are a boon for landscape photographers.
It's good to see some birds not familiar to us "southerners" keep 'em coming. I thought that you had a bad case of dust bunnies until I read Phil's comment re snow .

Brrr That red breast sure stands out from the snow. Hope it warms up soon. Birdlife must be tough in the winter.

Beaut vibrant colours on the birds Roger. I've never seen snow and don't think I want to - too cool for me. We've just had another 40 degree day here in Perth, that's quite a few this summer. I do love all the birds and it's great to see some of your Canadian varieties.
