  • Red-backed Fairy-wren

    A couple from Eagleby Wetlands this morning. I didn't get much else but I think these were worth the couple of hours wandering around the bush.

    Beautiful colours on the bird Alan, very striking. Another good set and well framed. The BG makes them pop.

    Another great set from you Alan. This little bird doesn't look very aerodynamic, and it's hard to imagine him being able to fly.

    Another successful trip to the wetlands. With that flash of colour you wouldn't have any problem spotting him. Still not easy to get images whith that quality though. Good ones.
    Better a full bottle in front of me
    than a full frontal lobotomy.

      Thanks Hans. They are very small but fairly easy to spot. Takes patience, a bit of luck and a bit of skill to get a decent shot.
