  • Welcome Swallows

Sometimes these swallows appear in number and just fly around the lake, devouring insects. They provide some great photo ops when they seem to be divebombing the local ducks and swans.

Well done Isac. I've tried a few times but can never keep them in the frame, although it should be easier on wide shots like these. All of those look a bit over-saturated to me, but maybe my browser set up isn't quite right on the rebuilt PC.

I did some checking and the browser settings weren't correct. Looks fine now.

Ah that's good Alan. I was starting to ask myself what had gone wrong, because my camera settings don't boost saturation. The swallows are hard to track so wider is a better option I guess, although I have got some at 400 and 500mm that I have posted before. https://www.ausph.com/forum/photohol...round-the-lake
