The Wattle bird looks a bit blotchy with fuzzy spots? Did you remove an obstacle?

Thanks Hans. The blotchy parts are actually as it was. I didn't remove anything, it was all in clear sight. I took a dozen shots at different settings and positions and they are all the same. Rather unusual - perhaps it is new feathers or they have a different type of feather in that spot. I just had a look at 100 photos on the net and they nearly all have that softened part between the eye and the top of their wing, it does look a bit weird.
