Common everyday pigeons, but I quite like the setting.

Nice picture. They are still beautiful even though they are common. Eaten quite a few as well.

My father like Andy Cap was a racing pigeon hobbiest. He did have a very nice glass fronted bird house with at least 12 windows from memory where they lived in luxury. If they failed to deliver their homing skills they finished up in the soup pot. It flavoured the vegetable soup very nicely.

I used to draw the Andy Capp character as a young lad but I don't remember eating pigeons!

This is a great shot John! Angles don't matter to me for birds - as long as you get good eye focus and colours, it's all good and those colours are beautiful. Great bokeh too which makes them pop so well done!
