I really need to do some Tai Chi - this looks like a great spot.
I just need to loosen up a bit - ah that feels good.
A big wing stretch one one leg to get the circulation going and work on getting my balance under control.
Good to get that relaxed feeling after a good workout.
My one-legged stance has really improved and I feel like a new bird!
