New Variety has landed at the Lake

These Straw Necked Ibis are newcomers to our local lake 1. First time I've seen them.

I see them around here fairly often, but they’re nowhere near as common as the white ibis. They seem to like open grassy areas.

We have an over supply of the bin chicken here but first time I've seen the Straw Necks. They Only stayed for the day and gone now.
