  • Pink and Grey Upset

This guy was visibly upset when I strolled by. He was calling for his lady who was nearby. She had probably forgotten to get his breakfast or do some other chores.

Thank you Phil. I love to watch these birds just doing their thing - they're very entertaining. They pair for life and are always close by.
The guys have the dark eyes and the girls have the pink eyes. The "wife" is on the left (pink/red eye) giving her "hubby" (on the right) a damn good talking to - and you can see that he's taking in every word!

Maybe this would be a good one to get some captions for!

Would probably make a good childrens book Mum and dad Gala with some life wisdom/lesson.

I have the pics and you have the words! It would probably start with: Once upon a time, in a far off (Covid Free) land in the west, lived a couple of galahs named Harry and Megan. They met in a charming forest in Wattle Grove, where the beautiful lake and tall trees was the home for many happy birds that were always singing and playing. After many hours of performing his dance ritual, Harry persuaded Megan to join him in his local government issued nesting box, high up in a safe and rare Laeliae gum tree .....
