I have been culling, categorising and cataloguing my pictures (35,000 + images) and I am coming across quite a few birds that I cannot identify.

Here's one from the Nelson Bay N.S.W. area. Can anyone help to identify it?

I need to brighten the chest area up a tad, it should be white.

Just do a white balance correction on it, using the Threshold system - white point, black point and midtone point. That's what I did and it worked a treat.

Pretty good John, but still has the red colour cast.

This is what I came up with using my action "Isac's COLOUR CORRECTION".

My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.

Agree with the butcher bird. Isacs action did a nice job Tiny bit cool? John's image correction appears a little warm.

The beauty of the action is - it lets you adjust the opacity and you can add a Hue/Sat layer to adjust the colours OR adjust the Temp in the Camera Raw filter.
