  • Corella's

On my morning walk today I noticed a rather large flock of Corella's in the park. I cut the walk short and went back home to get the 7D and Siggy 150-600.

I've only had time to prepare 1 image for presentation, more to follow.

    Feedback welcome.

      G'day GJ

I think that #2 shows the bird somewhat better as we can also see what it is feeding on
focus + other stuff is good too

Thanks for the feedback Phil. 100% agree, it's always good to photograph the wildlife going about their day to day lives.

Good work on these John. I think these are the "Little Corella". #2 for sure but #1 is OK too. They don't always have something in their mouths - they do like to observe their surroundings before they ho in to their tucker

My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.

good to get these guys. 2nd shot is way crisper to my eyes and has the light in the eyes. good work on that.
I reckon the paspalum should go from that shot because it really does pull the eyes. I reckon that would lift the shot a level or two. well done.
