A few offerings from my stroll around the lake.

#1 - Pacific Black duck.

#2 - Bees that took over one of the many bird boxes.

#3 - Egret, hiding in the reeds.

#4 - Ducks relaxing on the water. Thanks to the late October rains, the ducks are still surviving here.

#5 - First time these Pink Eared ducks have visited, so it was a buzz to get some pics. Going back for more.

Great collection of photos. I have a soft spot for Egrets but #5 is a beauty.

Cheers Ross. it was the best I could get with the egret but that's where they live so I'll take what I can get. I hope the Pinkies next lot turn out OK.

nice pix particularly the pinky and the blackduck. pinkies can be tough to get a pic of.

Thank you Stephen. The pinkies are new visitors here so I hope they stay around for a while.
