#1 - Ibis in Flight. One day I'm going to Photoshop a different bird's head on this to see if I can make it look prettier. Any suggestions?

Thanks Kev. It's only luck that I get these types of shots lately. The dog is always pulling on the lead which makes it difficult.

An Ibis coming towards me "I WISH". I don't think that will happen in a long while Stephen. They are always flying away, which doesn't make for good BIF shots.

you can help your cause by remembering that birds will take off and land into the wind as far as they can,
    so
I used to hit the lake of an afternoon when a norwester was blowing so that I had the light behind me and the birds flying into the wind and light. the bigger birds especially.

All good advice for me to absorb Stephen. These guys just take off whenever I get too close and it's always away from me. It's a bit hard to sneak up on them or hide with a dog on the lead
