  • Friendly little fellow.

    They like the way humans stir up the insects I'm told. The little bugger wouldn't sit still though.

    Very similar to our Wagtail. Known locally in Norfolk Island as a Fantail RF24-105 at 105mm
    Better a full bottle in front of me
    than a full frontal lobotomy.

    We get Fantails here in Brissie to,haven`t seen one for a while though.Like Wagtails,they flit about all the time and only having a short lens,you did well to catch this.

      I suppose you could drug them with a laced grasshopper.

    Agree with Kevin, well captured at 105mm. The bokeh looks a bit different Hans, rather small circles are created - a bit unusual.

      Yes. rather nice I thought. 1/160 @f8 iso320 about 4 m away from memory.
