    Still an OK shot Kevin. Just needs a shadows lift. You have Faststone, Load the image and just press CTRL+T and try these settings.
    If you move your cursor over to the left edge of your screen, the menu pops up - lots of adjustment! Same on right side shows the exif.

      Yep - funny how these fellas keep well away from us "with our bazookas"
      I also find that it doesn't matter how much lens I've got- it's never quite enough

        Hi Phil,I thought the 150-600mm would be enough,now I`m thinking about a 1.4x Teleconverter.

      Tried your suggested changes,how`s this.I need to put more time into my post work,I`m out of practice,also need to use Faststone a bit more,it seems like a good program.I`ve got a week off soon,I`ll spend some of it experimenting.

      sure it is a swampy? bit hard to tell but apparent forked tail and yellow behind bill looks good for black kite

        Was told by one of the local twitchers it was a swamp harrier,it has got a forked tail.I`ll go through the other pics,see if I can find a better shot.
