Looks nice and sharp Kevin. The light looks a bit harsh though. If you are using Elements, it just needs a shadows adjustment. The image you posted is very small (612 x 408 and 87kb). You can size it up to 1024 on the longest side and 250kb.
To resize images in Photoshop Elements v9
--------------------------------------------------------------
1. Image > Resize > Image Size... or Alt+Ctrl+i
2. At "Width" enter 1024 pixels.
Scale Styles, Constrain Proportions, Resample Image - all checked.
3. Select "Bicubic Sharper (best for reduction).
4. Click OK
Saving the File
---------------------
1. File > Save for Web... or Alt+Shift+Ctrl+S
2. Press Ctrl+0 to fit the image into the boxes.
3. At "Preset" click the small arrow to the right then click "Optimize to File Size...
4. At "File Size" type '250" K and Start With "Current Settings".
Click OK and again click OK, then name your file and SAVE.
Doing this will give you the best image for posting to AP.

Like avkomp suggests, get it put onto a stick and install it from there.
Also you could get a portable DVD drive like this:

looks sharp enough. light not your friend on this and could also do with some shadow lifts also. as for your elements on disk, you not have another computer to either copy onto a memory stick or even network it? you can get usb disc drives and cdroms for mot much money also. maybe you got a friend who can put on stick for you too. sure beats learning new programsStephen Davey.
