  • Storks with babies.

    Baby storks that is. Supplied for interest. Taken from a bus through a window whilst it is moving down the road in Portugal. Thought it was interesting, you can see they have been coming back for a few years as they use the same nest. The driver warned us that it was coming up and said it was a disused railway line. This shot well cropped and blurred F4.5 1/1600, iso 1600.

    It's nice to get info from your driver when approaching something special Hans, otherwise you may have missed it. I suppose if the line was still used the storks would get a bit fed up with rebuilding all the time

      Not sure if they would. They do come back to the same nest and build it up a bit more each year we were told.
