Very small bird about 90mm long, flitting around in the grass around the lake. Only a quick snap so IQ is lacking. I've never seen these before.

Thanks Gentlemen for you expertise! It's now in my ID book of local flora and fauna. I know the IQ is not good but They came and went so quickly - no time for fine tuning.
