    Great light in these Todd. I agree that #1 is the better pose. Looks nice and sharp but I would like to see the bird a bit larger in the frame, if possible.

        Thanks guys. Both are already cropped. Could go further I guess but would then start to limit the size the image looks sharp at.

          Beautiful light has bought out the colour on the bird really well. I agree with the others #1 is the stronger image and they would both benefit from the bird being bigger in the frame. Not always possible I know.

              Mmmm - I'm in 2 minds about the cropping. I do like the the scale that the wider shots bring to the images. Maybe crop and see what you get.
