  • Yellow-billed Spoonbill

Seen at Eagleby wetlands this morning. This is the first shot I have of the Yellow-billed, normally I only see the Royals here. I only managed to get in two frames and luckily they were in focus. The angle isn't the best but you take what you can get.

Nothing wrong with the angle wigz. Like you said, take what you can get. Good focus and exposure. We used to get get a quite a few at our lake but only scattered sightings of late. I think the influx of tip turkeys may be a factor. I am happy I got lots of shots when they were here.

Thanks Isac. "Tip turkeys" is a new one to me but very appropriate.
