        Cheers Tony. I tried a symmetric crop and it wasn't working for me, kinda looked a bit sterile if you know what I mean. Decided to place the bird low in the frame and slightly to the left to give it room to 'walk' into the frame.

        With a simple image like this there are multiple options available and it all comes down to personal taste. There's no right or wrong really.

          Very pleasant could look at that a few times. Bird looks as if it is out for a walk.
          Better a full bottle in front of me
          than a full frontal lobotomy.
