Well done Greg. It's nice to have one being waited on. Try a faster shutter speed like 1250 - 2000 to freeze the wings. Very good IQ though for 500.

Didn't want to freeze the wings Isac, it's called implied motion. Getting that balance between a sharp head and a blur on the wings is what I've tried to capture and I was happy with what I got.

Sorry. I should have known that.

Achieved what you wanted I think Greg. Would have been better without the baby on the right blocking the parent but you can't always get them to play perfectly I guess.

It all happens in the blink of an eye, impossible to get without either burst or frame capture from a video clip.

The set of three works for me as it shows the incoming parent feeding both fledglings. A story telling compilation rather than a portraiture.

It's the type of photography I enjoy.

You might like this one better.
I took it some time back and it was featured in a display of Bird Photography a couple of months back.

The first 3 definitely tell a story Greg.
            That last one is outstanding.

Thanks all... I like a bit of a challenge with wildlife. After many years of underwater photography, I’ve semi retired from that and looking towards getting my kicks from the land and air based subjects.
