thanks mate. we very often get great water at late arvo here, and you get the light behind your shoulder. all you need is cooperative subjects (which is at the very heart of birding. grrrrrrrrr)

Excellent image and beautiful light. It would have been nice to have some separation between the head and wing, but you can't have everything.
