What a beak!

I haven't been out much lately but found this one from a couple of years ago that I hadn't processed. Cropped down to highlight the beak.

like the backlight on this. not sure of the image as a whole though, wonder is it a tad underexposed? lack of facial details lets it down a tad too,
not sure of the half and half light and dark water also
can certainly see where you were going with this one, but doesnt really do it for me this time
