Reminds me of Christmas

A few days ago a couple of males visited the Grass Trees. I eventually managed to get some photos, but all except three ended up in the trash .

I had hoped that they would hang around, but no sign of them for two days now

But one slightly blurred photo is better than nothing - I just have to wait a few more years for the plants to flower again - sigh



D7000 300mm hand held/braced. f/7.1 1/320 1250 ISO - (I should have upped the SS). Not through glass this time as they let me get quite close

Looks good to me. It's much sharper than the only photos I've managed of these.
