Looks the same as what we call Green Rosellas in Tassie. They are the most common parrot we see in the bush.

Thanks Stephen for finding this one. If no one comments I usually think it's cr@p and vow to do better next time - but it's also just as easy for posts to fall through the cracks if lots of people are posting at once.

It was basically a snapshot and maybe worth sharing. The first, and probably only, photo I'll have of one. It's possibly common as mud to other birders.
