Baza

One of the resident Bazas sitting on a low branch along my afternoon walk the other day. It's great to see them flying around and calling outside the window throughout the day. I assume they probably nest in some trees a couple of houses down as they're always hanging around there. There are lots of (poor) frogs and things for them to eat here.

nice capture. back view works well. looks to be sharp where it needs too also. shadows are a bit of a bummer but a baza is a baza I reckon. uncommon around here

Well done. I've only ever seen a couple of them. Shows off the eye very well. Pity about the shadow in the middle of the back, but as Alan said - a baza is a baza.
