I've been vanning at Wallaga Lake for the last couple of days.

Having more problems with my laptop. While getting it repaired, I got the latest 'el capitan' OS put on. Now Adobe Bridge doesn't recognise any cameras/phones plugged in to the laptop.

It is a known problem about which I found out too late. I just wish the computer geeks had known of it

Only the stupid, new 'Apple Photos' sees them.

While trying to sort it out, I lost all 88 photos of the morning's big surf from the Nikon D7000 camera card.

Not happy Jan (Mac users take note)

Anyway - here's some I managed to get downloaded before things went pear shaped

Lovely work as usual Alan. Remember, it's never too late to get the original and the best, ie: a real computer! a Windows based PC Whenever things go wrong, it's always an easy fix - no running off to those thieving Apple stores to get repairs. Just Sayin' A L T H O U G H in saying that, I posted a tryptych (processed on my Windows based PC) and never got a comment! Not even to say it was rubbish

Well Isac, that's the proof in the pudding that proves those PC's are no good, time to invest in a mac

MMMmmmmm .... I do love oranges but not apples. I've been working with and building PC's since the 80's so it's not on the cards to be changing any time soon. But hey - what ever floats your boat

Some nice shots there Alan. I like the pose in #3. I feel for you with the loss of those files.

Thanks for the warning on the new OS. I have resisted upgrading as I don't want to mess with aperture as its still what I use for PP.
    Cheers, Brad.
