#3 very interested. It then pecked my phone several times and followed me around the lake. I was joking about being a bird whisperer, but I'm not sure now

I'd forgotten what a swan looks like of late Alan. Our lake has dried up an the wildlife has gone off to find a new home. Perhaps winter will fill the lake and bring them back. Very inquisitive swan you found there. It came from a great distance to see who the tog was.

They can be very inquisitive. We have several at the Arboretum and they always approach people who are near the edge. As far as I know they haven't been hand fed.
