Beautiful birds Alan and beautifully photographed. I have an IPS panel and they look superb, sharp and colourful. The reds are fire engine colour. Great detail in the feathers in #1.

Like them both.
The ones around here have just started bringing the noisy young ones for the afternoon ration of seed.
Think I prefer the composition showing a bit more of the green. Maybe the eye is a fraction sharper also.
Wonderful detail, especially for reds.

I'm home now and the reds look ok on my Big Mac. They looked a bit subdued on the lappy. I was relying on the sliders and warnings etc as it's so hard to get the screen angle right.
